Our Basic Obedience Program is the cornerstone of everything we do. This 6-8 week intensive in kennel program moves beyond simple "house manners" to build a dog that is truly dependable in the real world. We don't believe in a long list of half-mastered tricks; instead, we focus on the mastery of our 5 core commands. This program will focus on the following:

• Sit, Down, Here, Heel, and Place: Mastery of the 5 core commands.

• Eye Contact: Focus and respect.

• Attentive Leash Walking: Learning leash awareness.

• Structure: Setting the standard for house manners and respectful behaviors.

• Engagement: Teaching your dog that working with you is the most rewarding thing they can do.

• Confidence: Safely exposing your dog to new sights, sounds, and textures and socialization with other dogs to prevent future anxiety.

The goal of this program is to develop a deep sense of respect and a teamwork mentality between you and your dog. By focusing on clear communication and consistent boundaries, we begin by teaching your dog all of the commands with treats, transition to on leash training with expectations, and finish with teaching your dog to be off-leash reliable. Whether you are at a crowded park or just stepping out the front door, you will have the confidence that your dog will listen the first time, every time—regardless of distractions.
