Since our gear is currently offered on a special pre-order basis, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. Most of our gear is offered through limited pre-order drops, which takes a little extra time for printing and shipping. Our current pre-order closes on August 9, and those items are expected to ship around 9/7-9/12. However, we do occasionally order a limited number of extra items! If a product is marked as in-stock after this pre-order window, it will ship out within 1-3 business days or be available for in-store pickup.

Yes! If you are local to Weimar, TX, you can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to waive shipping fees. We will send you an email notification as soon as your gear is ready to be picked up at the kennel.
